I guys. I'm kind of new to this forum and I was hoping you could help me.
I recently got a new fish for my bowl because my other fish looked lonely.
I came back from work today to find my original goldfish dead and my paradise fish already ate Half of it.
Are they not meant to get along?

Hi and welcome!!! Yes, you have a few issues here. Goldfish should not be mixed with tropicals. They require different temps, foods, and environments. All fish need some type of filtration & aeration in addition to an adequate sized tank to ensure their happiness & health. Tropicals need a heater as well. Bowls are really not suitable for any type of fish, especially goldfish. Fancy goldfish need atleast a 20gal tank for one fish, 10g for each fish after. Commons, comets, shubunkins, & koi are pond fish & need an adequate sized pond for optimum health. Researching the fish (and their needs) prior to purchase will allow you to stock a healthy & happy tank. Please ask if you have questions!!! :)

I don't know the size of the bowl and I just clean it when there's alot of poo
The pet store man told me I could have paradise fish because they can live in hot and cold water
