gold fish has two lumps on body

hi, my gold fish has two lumps on his body
here is the picture it looks painfully
look like my fish is dying
what can i do
should i remove it from the other fishes?
pls. help thanks

You need a better picture AND a better description.
Cold be either tumours or teh swim bladder sweling up, or anything from that shot.

I suspect a swimbaldder prob for sure..but fixable?

Also if this is new we need:
Tank size
Type of fish and number of each
Ammonia test result (NH)
NitrIte test result (NO)
NitrAte results (NO)
and ph in tank.
