Noticed one out of my pair of golden honey gourami has gotten a little pale. She/he is still acting normal, eating/swimming normal, I haven't noticed any aggression anywhere, My water checks out fine and I haven't added any new fish or decor for a while. Haven't changed the food or anything. Basically nothing has changed regards the tank routine or set up. Anyway to give you an idea here's the pair of gouramis. I'm lost as to what this could be.
