GSP with gill fluke

After considering it was ich, i find out that it isn't and is in fact gill fluke. Since my puffer has inflamed gills, and gasps for air. My friend suggested Jungle Parasite Clear, but i'm not sure if it works well with scaleless fish. Any any suggestions to remedy my puffer?

I've never experienced gill flutes but I have used Parasite Clear in the past for bloat and it's very gentle on the fish. There is no staining and won't harm you bactieria count. The product has never let me down for what's it intended for.
