Guppies

Can someone tell we what's wrong with my guppies. They swimming in top of the tank. I did a 50% water change last night like every week. But it seem they're acting odd todayClick image for larger version

Was the change water of similar temp? I've had them hang near a heater even though the temp gauge only went down a degree of two.

Is that the photo or is there white on edges of some of their fins?

Yes that's the photo, I think it was because to the temperature them seems to be doing fine today
