Ok.. I noticed my one guppy in labour, I could see her birth canal opening. I left her and she died over night. No babies.
Is it possible a baby got stuck coming out and she died as a result? Or could she have had some disease or something? She appeared ok, except for the opening at her canal.
Any ideas?

well, i certainly think it is possible for her to die in labor--i had several feeder guppies--otherwise healthy females, that died during 'childbirth'--they had been with a fancy guppy male, and it appeared the babies were just too big, they had bloody rips around their anuses shortly before dying, and many undelivered babies--incidently, there appeared to be developmental deformities in the babies, they died and the few that made it out of the mother didn't look like most guppy babies...
