Guppy sitting on the bottom

I just got a male guppy last Friday, i am trying to crossbreed him with my female molly but since i got him he is sitting at the bottom of the tank. My water parameters are all fine. Ph is a hair low. He comes out to eat and occasionally swims around but not for long. He doesn't look injured or stressed. What could be bothering him?

He is still faily new to the tank. Give him some time to adjust.

Well i have other guppies in a bigger tank and they never really had that issue. Do you think its because he's the only guppy?

Might be. Guppys are happier in a group. Give him a few more days. If he doesnt do better I woould suggest moving him with the other guppies. Or putting more guppies with him
