Guppy With Pimple like thing?

When I was looking into my tank I noticed a small guppy with an abnormal growth in front of it's fins. It looked like a pimple. What should I do? I don't know if it will spread to the other fish or anything. Any Ideas?

A picture would really help if you have a digicam.
It could be a harmless fluid filled cyst, but it's hard to say for sure without seeing it.

it looks like the thing on the discus under UNIDENTIFIED LESIONS, GROWTHS & CYSTS

Keep an eye on it. Most unidentified growths such as these are unexplained and just happen unexpectedly from some genetic problem with your fish.

If it gets worse, you may have to euthanize, but it's possible that it may just sit dormant and not bother anything. Keep us updated.
