Harlequin rasbora has a white spot on his mouth

Is he okay? I noticed that one of my harlequin rasboras has a white spot at the end of his mouth is he ok? Also one of my neon tetra has a little lump on the side of his mouth - it's hardly noticeable but I try to inspect my fish every day. Are they ok?

I've just noticed the end of my dwarf neon rainbowfish also has a small bump on his mouth. Perhaps I am being paranoid but is there something going round that I need to treat? They seem to be acting normal and zipping about but I'm a little worried!
