Healing ulcerated flesh

I assume this is ulcerated?

It is from fin rot that we stopped and hasn't healed. Water parameters are fine. I've medicated enough I'm looking for topical or bath solutions. Thanks!

Well, I don't see the gravity of the ulceration, but sometimes, if it's too deep, it will not re-grow.
