Hello from Alaska - sick bala shark

I just joins the. Forum to get advice about a sick FishI have a 90 gal tank with 2 Bala sharks an angel fish 6 Chinese Alegre eaters a curly lotch I rarely see and a few outher bottom feeders that I am not sure what they are

I tried to post in forum where there were similar topics so I'm gonna try it here I have a Bala shark with what looks like a tumor on its head see picture the fish is about 3 years old and 6" long



What I need to know is it treatable and / or contagious
