Ok, my freind has a 10 gal. tank and she is having some trouble..... her water is perfect, but 2 of her fish randomly died..... she now has an apple snail, 4 glofish, a sunset marigold platy and some ghost shrimp :fish1: help please!!!

"Perfect?" Perfect water would mean no nitrites, nitrates, and ammonia but in reality it never happens :)
Could you give us some exact readings please? What fish died?

+1 with bruinsbro1997. We need to know what the tank was stocked with, water parameters he mentioned as well as pH, and even the type of filter that's being run to better help.
