Can you post a picture of her normal? Are you meaning the redness on her back?

In case of the redness, my advice: Clean. Water. NOW.

It looks eerily similar to what killed both of my guppies about two years ago, and I have yet to figure out what it was. Whatever it was, it was nasty and fast.

Sorry no pic of her normal and she did die. A second one has similar symptoms but not as bad and in different place. Idk this is new to me.

It's probably what got mine. The only thing I know to do is get clean water. If I knew what it was, I might be able to help you out more. None of my research has ever gotten me anywhere. I'm sorry.
