Aquarium Advice Newbie
I just pulled out 1 of my 6 cherry barbs from a 29 gallon, with an angel, 6 cherry barbs, and 6 phantom tetras. He had very flared scales, a very bloated stomach all the way down to his back fin. He is put of the tank now, but i know that dropsy is very contagious. Water levels seem fine;
Ammonia: none
Nitrites: none
Nitrates: 15 ppm
I would just like to confirm the safety for the other fish in the tank. Thanks!
(Also on a side note, is there anyway to save the cherry that is already infected very bad?)
