Help is this ich

After being gone over the weekend I came home to find one of my angles with all most it's whole side covered in white spots ..... I'm trying to figure out what this is

Maybe body fungus

I just had some bleeding heart tetras with ich, it did not look like that but as ich was clearing up, one developed body fungus. Does it look like miniture cotton ball? Kind of fluffy looking? I am new to this but that is what it looks like to me.
