Help needed!!!

Recently, one of my Bolivian Rams disappeared from my tank. I assume it died and was eaten. I was on vacation when it happened so I couldn't be sure what killed it. My other ram has been laying in the corner of the tank. It's alive but it doesn't want to move. Please help me!

I've never had any luck with rams. They need really good water and it needs to be very well established. I've tried rams twice and the same thing happened both times. One dies for no apparent reason then the other one dies a day or 2 later
