Help!! Not sure if fighting wound or disease..

This one was in a lot of fights circling and nipping and I've never seen wounds that looks like this. The scales are kind of lifted up and she's hiding like she's holding eggs but just wondering if this bad? What should I do with her! I don't have a qt tank...







Thanks for any advice given. One other fish looks same. Also waters cloudy sorry for quality just did water change today an it stirred the sand up a bit...

Looks like a big bite, I put in salt when I see any injuries, I've noticed less "rubbing" on the rocks when I've added salt, lil Wierdo's, fingers crossed he doesn't get labeled as weak

I added salt thinking it would help so fingers crossed I hope it's just a bite and goes away and heals well. Thanks!
