Help red platty sick

Y red male platty is all sucked in and is bearly even swiming and it hasn't ate in 3 days what's wrong with him is there anything I can do some one help me plz

Can you supply your latest water parameters (ammonia, nitrite and nitrate). It would also help to have the tank size and stock list.

And if you could explain "sucked in"?

It's a 65 gallon fish tank with platy mollies and guppy and some neon tetras,. It's stomach it's sucked in and it's really skinny and it can bearly swim

Thanks for info. The most likely issue would be camallanus worms, TB, or another parasite. I would recommend isolation and treating with your choice of anti parasitic medication.
