Help with ich!!

So today when I came to look at my fish I saw little white dots! My Mickey Mouse platy has it, and his fins are pinched together!! HELP!!!

Hi, I,ve treated ich with the heat method. Slowly increase your heat to 86 a degree every 3hrs, increase aeration with an added airstone, pwc change daily or every second day including gravel vac, keep heat up 7 days after the last visible spot. Things will get worse before it gets better. Good luck

His fins are also pinched together. Is that caused by ich?

A couple of my fish had clamped fins when they had ich. Are your paras ok?

Ok. Also they are ok, we went to get some ich stuff, I think they will fine.
