Help with parasite things.

Ok, my fish died and i am going to get some more. But i had to clean the tank out and stuff so i vacumed the gunk and stirred everything up. I left the tank bare except for plants to let them grow. Now here is the dilemma, i looked an there are these little whit things. they are really jsmall worms things on the galss and other stuff. What are they and how do i get rid of them?

Well i think they are nematodes which are just unsightly. I will wait to get any fish and see if they go down.

Try any kind of medicine for ick or anything. It should kill them off. Or if you have gotten fish before i responded, try to find some sort of cure. Ask your LFS for advice. You could also try and scoop them out if you don't want to buy medicine, i rember i had some sort of fish lice and i just squished them. Not sure if it helped though. Hope any of what i said helps
