Hole in the head

I just lost my Blood Parrot to hole in the head . Unfortunately my aquarium is planted and due to my Salvini's aggressive nature he was often out of sight and i spotted it too late. He shared a tank with a Salvini and a Blockhead, I'm worried they will contract the illness.

What can i do to prevent this, or will they not contract it at all?

It is possible they can contract HITH. What I would do is a large water change and keep a close eye on the fish for any spots starting out. I'd do a second water change 3-4 days later and then resume regular water change scheduling.
