Horizontal discus ?? What should I do ?

I bought 3 discus (2 inches) a week ago, they where doing fine until this morning : one of them is swimming on an angle, almost floating to the top. He has all his colors, breezes normally.

Nitrates = 20; Phosphates low; pH 7.3 (working on lowering it) ; 84 F.
Plants are growing.

Can he be constipapted after having eated dried tubifex ?

He could be constipated, will he eat some peas or other veggie matter?

I wouldn't work too hard on the pH, unless you treat all your replacment water, it will keep going back to the tap level. Stability is more important than a target level.

What are your ammonia and nitrite levels? Are there any other inhabitants in the tank?
