I think I have a sick fish. Hi have a black skirt tetra that I’ve had for about four years but is now hanging out at the top of the tank like he’s trying to breathe the air above the water. I have a 29 gallon tank freshwater,. We do weekly water changes and I use prime. Is this a sign that he’s going to die or is it a sign that my filter pump is not working as good as it should?
