Ich?

I just noticed this morning on my neon tetras a couple white ich looking spots here and there on 4 of 6 of them.....is it ich? I have already began the turning the heat up (slowly) but am I to get it to 85 or 86? I also have added air bubbles for extra oxygen.

Cycled 20H, ac filter for 30g, 6 neon tetras, 1 sunburst platy, 3 white cloud minnows, 3 male guppies, 4 ghost shrimp, and 1 sunset honey gourami..

Looks like ich to me.
IF it is, you will want to do exactly as you described - slowly raise the tank temp up to 86F.
