ive been using ap quick cure for the past 4 days my fish seems fine, but is this ich or maybe something else? i only see one dot on his tail fin and somethign on his top fin but it isnt like a dot..
ich or something else? pics included

It looks bigger than Ich even the tail dot and they're raised off the body not flush against it. It could be a bacterial or fungal infection but I can't get more specific. Hopefully someone else can help. I hope your fish is OK.

He is active and eats fine...
I've seen ich look like this, but it could easily be a fungal infection.
Sorry I can't really diagnose with the pics.
You could continue treatment as directed and monitor progress, or if you're truly worried, have someone come look at the fish in person. I don't recommend taking the fish in anywhere, seeing if it's sick, this would stress it and make it more susceptable
