Does aquarium salt treat ick?

It can be an element of ich treatment. There are better treatments, though. Could you tell us a bit more about your set-up?

Aquarium is one of many Ich treatments. It is probably the most complicated to administer properly.

If your fish can tolerate it, I would almost always recommend treating with just heat.

What fish are you keeping, what kind of filtration do you have and how big is the tank? Also, are you sure you have Ich?
