Identify red worm... Came from mouth brooding cichlid. HELP!

Found a few of these little red worms on the bottom of my nursery tank. I'm afraid they are trying to eat a few of the eggs that have been dropped by the mouth brooding female (eggs are still live and developing). What are they? Are they harmful?
