infected bristlenose

I've just seen this on a local page I am on and noone is able to ID it. I thought the knowledge of AA could help!

She had a healthy established tank before adding a few new bristlenoses a few days ago. Perfect water params, good water change schedule etc.

The bristlenoses developed this first now its spreading through her other fish. She didn't quarantine the new fish unfortunately.

Any ideas?

Oh sorry I will try to do the photo again shortly. It is completely covered with splotches of yellow. Looks bigger than ich spots and yellow in colour. The lady describes it like rice so longer rather than circular.
