Try Seachem Metronidazole. Its pretty good, and you just put it in the water

Does this look like a internal parasite?

My fish has been acting "tired" laying on the bottom of the tank yesterday.
I isolated it to the hospital tank.
Did treatment for nitrite poisoning.
Than I notice something hanging out of it's anal today. It looked like a colorless sag initially, now it looks like a small red string is hanging out.
Did some investigation, not sure if it is camallanus worms.

What should I do.
