iridescent scale on panda cory?

i'm looking at them in the bag... is this a disease or normal for these fish?

I'm not seeing any obvious disease, only what appears to be water drops on the outside of the bag. If you have other fish in your tank it would be best to quarantine these new additions for 4-6 weeks just to be safe.
