is it dropsy????

Slightly, just don't wanna pull her out without being sure.

It just started 2 days ago, acts normal, kinda silverish.
 
If there is pine coning, it's dropsy. Unfortunately, there isn't really a good way to treat it once the pine coning starts. The swelling comes from fluid building up under the skin and it's bad for their organs. You can try an epsom salt bath to see if the bloat subsides some.
