Is this a concern?

So I saw this on my oto the other day, couldn't get a good picture until now. The two spots I don't believe have grown. If anything they got smaller.

Tank is at 0-ammo 0-ite 40-ate and a ph of about 8-8.2

Trie looking at pictures online, just trying to narrow search.

Do they look like grains of salt? It could be ich.

Not really grains of salt, more like a sponge. Its not white either, more of a dark brown? The oto isn't exhibiting any signs of stress and seems to swim fine.
