is this fin rot? I noticed it yesterday for the 1st time.

That's a blk. angel. If those are little white dots all over him then he has ick.

That mark could be from him rubbing trying to get the ick off.

looks like from the pick you need a ick med.

Thanks for the response. I looked at him very closely, and he doesn't have any white dots on him. They may be little particles in the water or they were on the lens. But I will keep on eye on it to see if it grows or not.

another angel
a pair of clown loach
6 swordtails
6 tetras
a pair simethicone
live plants
and an a decoration ornament.

It's a 65G tank.

Your tank is too small for Clown Loaches, they grow up to 35cm and must be kept on schools of at least 5 or 6 individuals so they need at least 500L!
Remember to use the ich medicine on a separated hospital tank, you don't want to kill your filter's bacterial colony with the med!
Provide all water parameters so we can help you better. That rock that you have there seems like a calcareous one, what's your GH and KH?

Looks like an I jury, if it spreads/worsens than its something worse that will require treatment.
