Is this Ich?

I just finished treating my fish about 2 weeks ago and just noticed these spots and strange nose whiteness. Is this ick?

The spots on their sides kinda look like ich, but the white noses look like cottonmouth/columnaris. Not sure of how to treat, but I'm sure plenty of people on the forums have posted about it and were recommended some meds. Sorry I'm not much help when it comes to treatments needing meds.

Here is a better picture of the mouth. Doesn't seem to be getting better or worse.
