30 Gallon aquarium with 2 other fish, a killi and an angel (very small for a BGK I know, I will have a 180 Gallon in 3 days and will move the fish after cycling)
I have not seen the fish scratching, any loss of appetite or any other weird behavior.
The spots are like very tiny warts that protrude slightly.
The spots are only in his head area, none of them are behind the gills along his body.
The angel and the killi have no spots.

Some days ago I used a medicine called Protalon 7.0.7 to treat algae. Then I realized it had copper sulfate and that is very poisonous to the BGK, so after just one day of treatment (and a total of 13.5mg of copper sulfate added to the aquarium) I did a 60% water change, added a lot of carbon to the filter and waited 3 days.
After that I used a algae treatment that doesn't contain copper called AlguMin, this was 2 days ago and today I noticed these spots.
Thanks for any assistance.

I would think it's probably came from the treatment you used, these guys are really sensitive and nothing should be added to the water except water conditioner, I would give extra pwc and see if this helps clean water can help a lot with these fish. Are there any other symptoms?
