Is this Ich or ?

Hi all, i recently added 2 Rams from a LFS and noticed a week later that both of them had this coloring to their fins. I'm hoping someone can tell me if this is Ich or something else that I can treat it properly.. or if the blue rams just have this coloring in their fins at this age. Temp is 80 degrees... 0 Ammonia 0 Nitrite 10 Nitrate. Fluval 406 and Aquaclear 110 in a 90 Gallon. I'm also having problems with a few Angels that are refusing to eat and have noticed one having white feces... Assuming Internal Parasite.. Any tips on how to handle this.. this is my first aquarium and run in with disease. Thanks in advance
