Is this Ich or a different illness?

All of my neons have these white growths on them, with the one in the picture being the worst affected. Is it ich (again) or something else i need to treat them for?

I don't know if you can tell in this photo but it seems to be a fungus, his top fun is almost completely white

Looks like ich to me, either way an ich treatment should work for most external fungus. I've used API super ick cure twice now on two types of fish and it works great. But you have plants so I'm not sure how that would effect them.

My fish have a ich and ive treated them i also have plants in my tank and their just fine it does look like ich
