Is this ich or markings?

I got a betta fish from petco about a week ago. When i bought him he had small white markings on his fins. Since then he has grown white spots on his tail fins. I cant tell if his marking have just gotten brighter or i bought him with ich. In the images you can see the white at the end of his fin but he also has pale spots on his fins.
I started to treat for ich but nothing has changed.

Edit -Also sorry for the water spots on the tank- i had just cleaned it.

Ick *usually* looks like grains of salt, not patchy unfortunately the watermarks DO make it hard to tell anything for sure

I was able to be better pictures. He also has what looks like white fuzz around his gills. Im treating him with bettafix to see if it clears up within the next 10 days. If you have any ideas it would help alot!

I am NOT a betta person but that looks much more like loss of pigment than a colour change and *fuzz* is definitely a fungus infection of some kind

Thank you! Im going yo continue treating him for several days to see if it clears up at all.
