I have one snail that is really lazy. It stays in one spot sometimes for days not even eating. I have 2 other of the same snail and they move all the time. Could there be a problem? Please Help!

Without knowing what species of snail, it's hard to tell. What size of tank and what are the inhabitants besides the snails?

Don't know the species, its at 72 degrees and tanks within the norm. I have some barbs, black mollies, platies, and some red tail sharks in there and thats it.

sorry for the slow reply. Its been a bad weekend. anyways the snails are back to normal. But today I have had 3 fish die. :( One Black molly, and 2 tiger barbs. Here are my parameters nitrate 0-20, nitrite 0, hardness soft, ammonia 0-.25, ph is somewhere between 7.6-7.8. Could the barbs be killing the other ones and each other?
