Kennyi with Sore on face

This morning, I noticed my male kennyi had developed a sore on the side of it's face. It's about 1/4" across. I'm thinking that he may be scratching on rocks in the tank because of the ich I'm currently dealing with, and got an infection. I'm trying to net him now, and would appreciate any recommendations on how to treat. Bear in mind, I am concurrently treating for ich with salt (1 tbsp/5 gal) and high temp (88-90 F).

I'm gonna try to dose my Kennyi with some antibiotics- I have both ampicillin and kanamycin available to me. What final tank concentration (mg/ml) is a theraputic dose?
