Little White Worms

So long story short I got plants from a local pond, sprayed them off, did a 20-30 second H2O2 dip, and put them in my tank. Today I just noticed a little, super skinny, white worm, maybe a CM long.

What is it?
What should I do?
Can it harm me or my fish?

Sounds like planaria. They usually occur as a result of over feeding, totally harmless.

1cm? Thats quite big.. Is it extremely thin like a hair?

Yes it's very thin and 1cm was exaggerating, maybe 1/2-3/4th of a cm
