Are there any additional spots?
Sometimes stress can cause a fish to not have enough strength to fight off illness.
These guys need excellent water quality, like perfect, and appropriate temp. Double check your water parameters.
How often do you do water changes and how much water.
Do you top off your water with RO or tap water?
Are their other fish bothering this fish?
