Okay, so I am sure many of you know by now the dilemmas I have been having getting my 60-gallon fancytail Oranda tank cycled and clear. Well, tonight, upon close inspection of the all-orange fancytail under the flourescent lighting under the canopy, it looks like he/she has come down with signs of ich -- the bumps on the side of the head are very obvious. So, alas, my water is still piss-poor and at this point, I am frustrated and exhausted waiting for this tank to get clear and cycle properly...

Now this is AFTER I added a SECOND filter for better filtration AND began using Stability (I'm on my second day of it)...

I want to try and save this fish's life -- can anyone recommend a good anti-ich solution?

Thank You.

To summarize:
1. Do pwc to maintain good water parameters.
2. Treat with salt.

Thanks J -- I will read the other reply in a moment...

I heard of the salt treatment -- just salt, no chemical liquid treatment?
