Male guppy with swollen chest?! Help

My male guppy has a very swollen chest. He is the only fish out of about 20 that are like this. He including all fish are healthy and act fine. Tank is healthy, steady for 2+ years. Water is great, tested regularly and water changes weekly/ biweekly. feed 1 x per day.
Is this a parasite? Any ideas?

Bloat, had a guppy die of it yesterday. Poor little guy, hope yours does better.

Sometimes male guppies can get fat like this from eating too much protein rich food. They need 3X per day small meals of a mixture of diffrent kinds of algae based flake and maybe frozen daphnia but no brine shirmp once their full grown.
