marbled angel with hole on side

Today i noticed a hole about the size of a pencil eraser on the side of my angel near her top fin. The hole is pink with a bit of white on the edges. I cant get her picture and dont want to stress her more by netting her.

She isnt eating, but is still alert and swimming properly.

Im going to get some aquarium salt, but i dont know what else to do. Any help is appreciated

Unfortunately i cant get a shot because she hides alot and i dont want to stress her by forcing her out

Is the hole near the lateral line or further up near the fin? I would start to medicate the tank with a broad spectrum antibiotic, such as Seachem's Kanaplex.

It is further up near the fin but not on the fin
