Will melafix help my Bettas torn fins?

Imo it will aid if just minor problems. How much it aids is another question. Also make sure to mix it well in the water - during pwc I find best.

Melafix can damage Bettas if over-dosed, normally, for Bettas, a half-dose is used to prevent any major damage.

API even have a product called Bettafix, it is basically Melafix but with smaller amounts of the powerful ingredients.
