Molly on gravel

This morning my molly was sitting on the gravel not moving and only came up to eat and then went back down again. When I got home from school, it is still the same. What is wrong?

Water parameters are 0 ammonia and nitrites, around 20 nitrates, aqueon quiet flow 20, other fish are

4 zebra danios

1 other molly

1 platy

1 amano shrimp

Tank size is 20 gallons high
