My corys are dying and being eaten.

I have a 29g tank with 8 corys, four green and four peppered. I also have six cherry barbs, four otocinclus, four rosy barb, and one odessa barb. Recensty I found an unknown small white fish that appeared out of nowhere. It looks like a oto but its all white.

A pepper died. I thought it was sick but its tail was eaten off and it looked barren inside. Then another pepper looked sick. I used pimafix and melafix until he was okay but then days later i found him the same way as the first one. Now a green cory this morning had its tail eaten off and he was just a hollow shell.

Are you able to give more details about your tank?

Water parameters. pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate.

How long has the tank been set up? How long have you had the sick/dying fish?

What is your water change schedule? How much and how often? When did you last change water?

Have you recently added anything new to the tank or changed anything you normally do? Done any tank maintenance recently?

Can you post a picture of your mystery fish?

How long have you had the corys? Anything new in the tank? Done anything different recently? When you saw the fish was sick, what where the symptoms? Can you get a clear photo of the mystery fish?

Ill try and catch it when i get home but the best way to describe it would be that its as small as an octo and about the same shape but the fins are different and the face and doesnt seem to eat when i feed my fish but its been there for a month now but it also has a black stripe running down the middle like an octo but it looks different
