My fish is sick..i need help

My fish lost its tail and having a white spot can anyone help with the disease and the treatment

Personally I would euthanise this fish. It had fin rot but will soon become septic now the infection has destroyed the tail and got into larger vessels, looks like also secondary fungal infection
