My guppies are dying!

I have a 20g tank with two algae eaters(siamese and chinese), one red tailed shark and I used to have tons of guppies. I started with 2 males and 4 females and they started to have guppy fries and then died with swim bladder disease. So what was left of my guppies were their babies I had 60 and each day I looked at my tank there were less than the day before. I now have only 5. They already had colors when they went to the 20g tank and they only disappear when they are full of colirs. Is my red tailed shark eating them?

It's quite possible as they are classified as semi-aggressive. Could also be taking out it's aggression since it's in such a tiny tank.

In my experiences red tailed sharks will be more territorial in a smaller tank
